Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Beans, pinto, 454 grams (remove)
    Tabasco Sauce, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    Salsa, 1 cup (remove)
    Sour cream, fat free, 250 grams (remove)
    *Cheese,Kraft Fat Free cheddar cheese, 1 cup (remove)
    Green Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Black Olives, 5 super colossal (remove)
    Cajun Seasoning, to taste

Directions

Shred lettuce, chop green onions, tomatoes. Drain and rinse pinto beans. Slice pitted black olives.
In an 8x8" cake pake or serving dish, spread salsa on the bottom of the pan. Add beans, green onions, sour cream, salsa, lettuce and olives in layers.
Serve with baked tortilla chips (rmember to add in calories for this) or an assortment of raw vegetables such as carrots, celery, cauliflower and broccoli.
