Introduction

This soup was delicious!!! I was somewhat impressed just because I wasn't sure that I was going to like it but it was very tasty.

Ingredients

    1 can reduced sodium black beans
    1 can no salt added diced tomatoes
    1.5 cups organic low sodium chicken broth
    1 small yellow onion (chopped)
    1/2 green pepper (chopped)
    4 cloves garlic
    2 medium celery stalks (chopped)
    2 tsp cumin
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
    Ground black pepper to taste

Directions

After vegetables are chopped - add all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook on low/medium for 45-60 minutes.

**To reduce the sodium - I drained the black beans** - there was no way for me to remove that in the calories but if you drain the black beans it should take out some of the sodium.
