    2 pkgs low fat crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz) pkge fat free cream cheese
    3/4 cup fat free salad dressing (like Miracle Whip)
    1 pkg Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dip Mix (dry, whole pkg)
    3/4 cup cauliflower finely chopped
    3/4 cup broccoli, finely chopped
    3/4 cup celery, finely chopped
    3/4 cup carrots, finely chopped
    3/4 cup each red and green sweet pepper, finely cho3/4 cup red or green ionion, finely chopped
    1 cup fat free cheddar cheese, grated


Spread crescent rolls flat, pressing seams together on 11 x 17" cookie sheet. Bake according to directions on package or until light brown. Cool. Mix cream cheese, salad dressing and dry ranch dressing together and spread over the crescent roll. Sprinkle vegetables on cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate. Cut into 16 servings.
