Introduction

Preheat oven to 350*. In a large skillet brown beef and onion. Drain. In Large mixing bowl combine tomato soup, cabbage , rice and salt. Add meat and mix. Pour mix into 9x13 pan. Ingredients

    2lbs lean ground beef
    1 c chopped onion
    1 (29oz) can tomato sauce
    3.5 lbs cabbage chopped
    1tsp salt
    2 (14oz) cans beef broth
    1 c white rice (optional)

You can also add 1 c. white rice to recipe.
