My kids love this breakfast pizza. Similar to a Frittata, easy to make. I make it ahead and refrigerate. I slice off a piece and warm it in the toaster for them in the morning before school. Ingredients

Ingredients:
1 pkg Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls
8 Jennie-O Turkey Breakfast sausage links removed from casings.
3/4 cup Frozen Hash Browns
1 cup cheddar cheese
5 eggs or Egg substitute Equivalent
1/4 cup skim milk
Reduced fat Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. Unroll the crescent rolls and press together to form a solid crust in a round pie pan.
3. Brown the turkey sausage (removed from casings). Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
Crumble sausage of crust.
4. Sprinkle frozen hash browns over turkey sausage.
5. Top with grated cheddar cheese
6. With a wire whisk, beat eggs with skim milk. Pour mixture over pizza.
7. Lightly sprinkle top of pizza with the parmesan cheese.
8. Bake for 35 minutes or until set.
Serves 6-8.
