    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 18 berries
    *Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 4 oz
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)

Directions

thaw strawberries and cut up
cut up banana
put all in blender and mix
