Ingredients

    2 poiuches boneless skinless pink salmon
    2-3 green or sweet onions, finely chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 cup (+/-) seasoned bread crumbs
    garlic salt
    pepper
    oil

Directions

Combine salmon, onion, egg and enough bread crumbs until workable with hands and forms patties. Add salt and pepper as desired. Lightly coat patties in additional bread crumbs. Fry in vegetable oil over med heat until golden brown, 2-3 min each side. Drain on paper towels.
