Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 1/2 c whole wheat flour
    1 1/4 c mashed bananas
    1/4 c white Splenda
    1/4 c brown Splenda
    1/3 c non-fat milk
    3 1/2 tsp baking powder
    3 Tbsp canola oil
    1 egg
    1/2 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Mix wet ingredients, then sugars, then flour, and at last the nuts. Beat for 30 seconds.
3. Grease bottom only of 9x5x3 loaf pan. Add batter.
4. Bake for 55 - 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
5. Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut with knife around edges of pan and turn over on a plate. Let cool.

Makes 12 servings
