Ingredients

6 medium peaches peeled and thinly sliced
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
6 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup splenda
1/4 cup white all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 Tablespoon land o lakes light butter
CRUST:
1 cup white all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 Tablespoons crisco shortening
2 1/2 Tablespoons cold water
Directions
mix peaches and lemon juice, set aside. mix sugar, splenda, flour and cinnamon together. Pour over peaches and stir to coat. Pour into pastry lined 8" pie plate. Dot with butter, cover with pastry.
TO MAKE PASTRY:
Mix flour and salt, cut in shortening, add water and mix until flour is coated, divide in 2 equal pieces. roll out on well floured surface.
Bake @ 425° for 35-45 minutes
makes 1- 8" pie (serving is 1/8 of pie)
