This is a VERY flexible recipe. You can add more or less of any fruit you like. You can also use ice, water, yogurt, etc.

Ingredients

    1 small apple
    1 small orange
    1/2 c. of sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
    1/2 c. of sliced pineapples (fresh or frozen)
    1/2 c. White Grape Juice (or juice of choice)

Directions

Makes three 8 oz. servings.

Blend all ingredients and enjoy.
