    2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp flour
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can water
    salt, pepper, hot sauce
    5 whole allspice
    1 slice lemon
    1/2 tsp sugar
    bay leaves.
    3 cups cooked Rice


make rue add tomato sacuce and water. Add seasonings. cook about 15 minutes, Add Shrimp cook until done.
Serve over Rice
