Ingredients

Ground Pork, 1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw meat)
Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Garlic, 2 tsp
Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 large whole (3" dia)
Shallots, 1 tbsp chopped
Avocados, Haas 1 fruit without skin and seeds
Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese (Serving = 1 wedge), 1 serving
Lime Juice, 2 fl oz
Directions
Combine Avocado, Laughing Cow Cheese and Lime juice in a food Processor. Process until smooth.
Brown the meat and then add all of the veggies. Cook for a few minutes.
On top of a home made flour tortilla, (Not included in calorie count), put the avocado cream cheese as your base. Then pile on the meat and veggies. Enjoy!
Makes 2 servings.
