Ingredients

    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Egg white, 4 serving
    Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 24 tsp
    Kroger plain greek yogurt, .5 serving
    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 2 cups
    *zuccini - Fresh, 5 cup, grated
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1.5 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1 small
    Flour, white, 5 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Hershey's semi sweet chocolate chips, 8 tbsp

Directions

Place zucchini in mixing bowl with splenda and applesauce. In a blender, add the egg whites, yogurt and banana, blend till smooth. Add to mixing bowl. Add flour and baking soda, and mix till blended. Add chocolate chips if desired. Spray bread pans and then pour batter in. Bake at 325 for 40 min.

    Hm...that's difficult, I'm sorry. ;) That would be affected by the eggs and the yogurt, right? You could possibly add another banana and use oil instead of the yogurt... good luck!
