Ingredients

    3 eggs
    ½ tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    ½ tsp. baking soda
    .5 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. sugar twin
    1 lg. box of instant ff sf vanilla pudding
    ½ c. milk
    ½ tsp. salt
    1 ½ tsp. baking powder
    1 cup quaker quick oats
    1/4 cup flax seed
    dash nutmeg

Directions

*It is normal for the mixture to rise, bubble and ferment
*Burp as needed
*Do not refrigerate
*Do not use any metal spoons or bowls for mixing

Day 1 – Do nothing
Day 2 – Mush the bag
Day 3 – Mush the bag
Day 4 – Mush the bag
Day 5 – Mush the bag
Day 6 – Add to the bag: 1 ½ cups of flour
1 ½ cups of sugar
1 ½ cups of milk
Mush the bag
Day 7 – Mush the bag
Day 8 – Mush the bag
Day 9 – Mush the bag
Day 10 – Follow these instructions:
1. Pour the entire contents of the bag into a non-metal bowl
2. Add 1 ½ cups of flour, 1 ½ cups of sugar and 1 ½ cups of milk
3. Measure 1 cup each of batter into four – 1 gallon zip lock bags. Label with date. Keep one (starter) for yourself and give the other three bags to friends along with a copy of this recipe.
4. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
5. To the remaining batter add:
3 eggs ½ tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil ½ tsp. baking soda
.5 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. sugar twin 1 lg. box of instant vanilla pudding
½ c. milk ½ tsp. salt
1 c. oatmeal 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
1 bag frozen blueberries

6. line muffins tins
7.Pour batter evenly into muffin cups
9. Bake for 30 min. (about 20 mins.) Serve warm or cold.
