Ingredients


    *Campbell's Low Sodium Cream of Mushroom Soup (1 can),
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 TBSP
    DAIRY FIT & ACTIVE NEUFCHATEL 4oz
    Heavy Whipping Cream, .5 cup, whipped
    Turkey, breast meat only, cooked 12 oz
    Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, FLORETS
    Monterey Cheese, 2 cup, shredded

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*
SPRAY A GLASS CASAROLE 9X9 PAN WITH NON-STICK SPRAY.

COMBINE SOUP, NEUFCHATEL, CREAM AND CHEESE, FLAX SEED MEAL AND SET ASIDE IF IT'S DRY ADD SOME CREAM OF MILK

MAY STEAM BROCCOLI LIGHTLY OR USE FROZED BROCCOLI. ADD COOL BROCOLI TO THE SOUP MIXTURE

ADD CHOPPED TURKEY BREAST MEAT TO THE SOUP AND BROCCOLI.

BAKE AT 350* FOR 45 MINUTES. LET SIT 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
