This was awesome!! My boyfriend thought I'd lost my mind when I bought buttermilk, but after it cooked, I had to run out a second and he got home. He called me and said how great it was. I told him afterwards the buttermilk was in it! def. will make this again! - 10/6/10

  • O.K.
My kids didn't like this. If we make it again, will cook the 30 minutes at 350 and then broil a few minutes on both sides so it's not so soggy. My son is a chicken mcnugget freak so I'm in search of a healthy, kid-friendly recipe. This wasn't it. - 10/9/10

I made this for dinner last night for my husband and I. He was a bit skeptical about trying a "diet" recipe, but it turns out that we both loved it! It was so yummy and really easy to make! - 10/6/10
