Introduction

I've ALWAYS added a little vinegar to my egg salad and deviled eggs. You can add more or less depending on taste but I think this makes any egg salad the best. Ingredients

    6 hard boiled eggs
3 Tbsp Kraft Olive oil Mayo
2 tsp French's Honey Dijon mustard
    1 tsp apple cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp Paprika ground
1 tsp white pepper (or black if you prefer it. White pepper gives it a lighter taste)
1 tsp Morton's salt substitute (this adds flavor AND give you a good dose of potassium which most of us need)
    1/4 tsp Kosher salt
    Garlic Powder to taste

Directions

I usually use a potato masher to mash the egg whites and yellows together then add all other ingredients. You can serve immediately or let sit overnight to meld flavors.

    Incredible!
This was super easy and super yummy! I didn't have (surprisingly) a lot of the ingredients so I substituted the cider vinegar for pomegranate and reg. mustard in place of the Dijon. Thanks for posting I was looking for a low cal quick dinner and this worked perfectly! Will make again! - 9/25/10
