Ingredients

    One pound of Ground Turkey Breast Meat
    One can of Black Beans puree'd including liquid in can
    Approximately 1/4 cup of Pace Picante Sauce
    1/2 cup of Egg Beaters egg substitute
    Oat Bran, approximately 1 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients add the oat bran last to desired consistency
Shape into a meat loaf shape in a loaf pan or in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray
Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
Cool slightly.
