Introduction

Warm and tasty. Lots of protein! Warm and tasty. Lots of protein!

Ingredients

    450g Tureky breast meat
    400g Potaotes
    2 tbls Olive Oil
    100g Sweet Corn
    300g Tomatoes
    1 Onion, raw
    1 Garlic clove
    2 tbls balsamic vinegar
    Salt
    Pepper
    Sweet paprika powder
    Basilica, fresh
    50 g Sweet chilli sauce

Directions

1. Boil the potatoes.
2. Cut turkey into cubes. Fry the turkey. Add salt & pepper, sweet paprika powder. Set it aside and keep it warm.
3. Cut tomatoes, onion and garlic. + corn. Heat the pan with vegetables. Only 5 minutes!
4. Put the vegetables into a big bowl add balasamic vinegar, mix it. then add turkey and potatoes + add chopped basilica.
