    1kg Veal ,cut into strips
    2Onions ,large size, sliced
    2tbsp Tomato
    1tsp Coriander ground
    1 1/2tsp Curry powder
    2Garlic Cloves ,crushed
    1tsp Paprika
    1/2cup Mint fresh chopped
    3-4Tomatoes medium size chopped
    1/2tbsp Olive Oil
    Salt and Pepper


1. Brush a medium non stick saucepan with olive oil. Add meat and stir until its color changes to light brown.
2. Add onions, tomatoes, coriander, paprika, garlic, curry, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add tomato paste and 1 1/2 - 2 cups warm water and simmer for about 30 minutes or until meat is tender. Sprinkle mint on surface and serve immediately.
