Ingredients

    4 Cups shredded red or green cabbage
    1 Sliced cucumber
    1 Sliced red onion
    1 Large clove of garlic
    1 Medium green pepper
    1 Medium carrot shredded or sliced thin
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    3 or 4 pkgs of Splenda
    2 1/2 TBS apple cider vinegar
    1 TBS olive oil
    1 TBS water
    1 TBS dill
    1 TBS celery seed

Directions

Combine cabbage, cucumber, onion, garlic, peppers, and carrots, set aside.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Chill for at least an hour before serving. Serving size 1 cup.
