Introduction

I happened to be running low on cream of chicken soup so I used 1 can of pepper jack cheese soup instead. The results were yummy, and only 123 calories per cup! Ingredients

    2 cans Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup
    1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 can Campbell's Southwest Style Pepper Jack Cheese Soup
    1-2 cups of water for desired thickness.
    1 bag of Bird's Eye Super Sweet Steamfresh Corn (heated)

    *This would also be good with egg noodles added and some leftover cooked chicken. Next time I make it I plan to leave out the chicken noodle soup, add an extra can of cream of chicken, and then a bag of frozen rice with veggies. Of course these changes will alter the nutritional information.

Directions

Makes approximately 8 1-cup servings.

Mix all ingredients except frozen corn in saucepan. Stir.

Microwave frozen corn for 4-5 minutes.

Stir corn into soup bring to boil.
