Ingredients

    1.5 # Lean Beef Stew Meat
    3 cups Beef Stock
    2 cans campbells Beefy Mushroom Soup
    Bay leaf
    7 small potatoes
    7 carrots
    1/4 cup frozen corn
    Salt as desired
    Onion seasoning as desired

Directions

Brown the stew meat with cooking spray in large pot. Add beef stock and bay leaf. Season meat with salt and onion as desired. Bring to boil and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add soup and vegetables (cut up as desired) and bring back to boil and then simmer for 30 minutes or til vegetables are done. Each serving is 1 cup.
