Ingredients



    * Venison, 12 oz.
    * Onions, 1 medium
    * Carrots, , 2 medium
    * *beef stew seasoning 1/3 envelope,
    * Garlic, 1 tsp
    * Poultry seasoning, 1 tsp
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 1/4 cup
    * Red Potato, 1 cup small
    * 3-4 cups water
    * 1 bay leaf

Directions

* Makes 4, 1.5 cup servings

Chop all veggies. In a large pot or dutch oven, add the venison with a little bit of water(just enough to cover the bottom) and brown the meat. After the meat is browned, fill the pot half full with water, add chopped veggies and stir. Next add the seasonings. Cover with a lid and boil for 25-35 minutes(or until veggies are tender) REmove the bay leaf before serving.
