Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 1 cup
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Salt, .25 tsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 45 deg f. Grease popover pan or deep muffin cups. Combine ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Pour into cups. Bake at 450 deg for 10 minutes, then reduce temp to 350 deg F and bake another 35 min.
