I love this one for an evening metabolic snack on a cool evening. This recipe does the trick when you have a sweet tooth but don't need the calories. Enjoy! Ingredients

    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Stevia, 1 packet
    Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia)
    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 4 oz (1/2 cup)
    Maple Extract, acohol free, 1/2 tsp.

Directions

Core and dice apple into small chunks. Place in a small bowl and add cinnamon and coat apple chunks.

Spray nonstick pan with nonstick spray and turn heat to medium low. Place apples in pan and cook for 6 minutes or until apples begin to release juice and brown.

Place yogurt, stevia and maple extract in a bowl and blend well. Pour hot apple on top of yogurt and enjoy!
