Ingredients

    2 lbs hamburger
    2 6oz cans tomato paste
    1 cup water
    2-3 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp ground oregano
    1/2 tsp parsley flakes, crushed
    16oz. low fat cottage cheese
    12-14 lasagna noodles
    3 cups shredded Mozzerella cheese
    1 cup fiesta blend shredded cheese

Directions

Pre heat oven to 425 F. Prepare lasagna noodles according to package. Brown & drain hamburger, add tomato paste and water to hamburger over medium heat until paste is incorporated into burger. add garlic using garlic press, add oregano and parsley, Heat mixture over medium heat for 6-7 mins. until thouroughly heated, stir occasionally. Remove from heat and add cottage cheese, mix thouroughly. Put 1/2 of meat mixture into bottom of 13x9" pan. layer 1/2 of cooked noodles on top of meat mix. add 2 cups of mozzerella cheese on top of noodles. Add remainin meat mixture, remaining noodles then remaing cheese. Bake at 425 F for 30-35 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
