Introduction

Ingredients

3 cups Heart Smart Bisquick
1 cup wheat bran
1/3 cup Splenda
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup egg sub
1/2 cup 1% milk
2 med bananas, mashed
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (original recipe had 3/4 cup)
Directions
Mix dry, mix wet, add nuts. Put in well greased loaf pan. (I used Pam) Bake at 350 for 55-60 mins. Take out of loaf pan to cool.
Makes 12 slices at 194 cal each.
