Ingredients
-
11 cups cooked pasta
6.5 cups shredded cheese (divided)
1 lb honey ham, chopped
5 cups frozen broccoli cuts
3.5 T butter
1/2 cup flour
3.5 2% milk
Directions
In a LARGE mixing bowl stir together pasta, 3 cups cheese, ham and broccoli. Divide into 3 pans, it should come out to about 5 cups per pan, plus a smaller pan with 2.5 cups.
Top with 1 cup cheese in each pan, and 1/2 in small pan.
In medium saucepan melt butter, add flour (add basil and oregano to taste if desired) whisk until well mixed and crumbly, add milk. Simmer on med/high until it forms a thick gravy. Drizzle 1 cup of sauce over each pan (1/2 over small pan)
Sprinkle 1 cup cornflakes over each pan (again, 1/2 cup on small pan) bake, covered with aluminum foil, for 30 to 45 min at 375.
If placing extra pans in freezer, omit corn flakes. Place pan in fridge the night before you plan on eating. Top with cornflakes just before putting in the oven. May require longer cooking time.
