Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 small diced onion
    1 medium diced green bell pepper
    2 diced zucchinis
    2 cloves of garlic, crushed
    1 T ground cumin
    1 T chili powder
    salt
    pepper
    3 oz beer
    1 medium can diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1 package MorningStar Burger Crumbles
    1 15oz can black beans

Directions

in large sauce pan, saute onion, bell pepper, zucchini, garlic. Add spices to taste. Once the veggies have softened, add the beer and the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for a few minutes and adjust seasonings.

Good Served over a baked potato, rice or on its own
