Introduction

Ingredients

    2 handfuls of strawberry halves
    handful of red Grapes
    1 banana
    1 handful of fresh spinach
    1 cup acai mixed berry juice
    1 cup lowfat milk

Directions

Vary the quantity of ingredients to your liking (I don't like measuring much) and throw it all in a blender. You don't even taste the veggies.
