Ingredients

    3lb beef top sirloin
    1/2 cup White Zinfandel
    1 med maui onion, chopped
    3 pkgs individual servings of baby carrots
    1 med stak celery, roughly chopped
    2 T dried onion
    2 T cajun seasoning
    2 tsp Celery Salt
    2 T gound black pepper
    1 T Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1 T Beef Base, Better Than Bouillon

Directions

Chop onion and celery, dump into crockpot with carrots and remaining ingredients except beef.

Stir well to coat veggies and incorporate the bouillon with the wine.

Cut beef into large chunks (cooks faster, more flavor penetration) and toss in vegs and sauce to coat.

Cook in crockpot on High 6 hours until falling apart.

Drain liquid into saucepan, add 1 cup water and 1 T cornstarch, dissolved, cook and whisk into gravy, serve over meat and veggies.
