Ingredients

    1 box manicotti noddles - creamette
    1 15oz container low fat ricotta cheese
    2 cups shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
    6 tbsp reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese 1 large egg
    3 1/2 cup mostly moms marinara sauce-from the biggest losser cook book

Directions

cook noodles according to directions
fry hamberger and rinse
combine 1/2 mozzarella and otherecheeses, hamberger and egg in a large bowl
coat bottom of pan with marinara
stuff noodles and arrange in pan over marinara
cover noodles with remaining marinara, cover and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes
