Ingredients

    1.3-1.5 lb beef roast
    4 cups beef stock
    0.5 bottle dry red wine
    1 large onion sliced
    0.5 bag baby carrots
    5 stalks celery
    3 cloves garlic
    1 potato, cubed

Directions

Layer vegetables on bottom of crock pot. Salt and pepper. Add raw roast. Cover with beef stock and wine. Cook on low for 8 hours.
