Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 box of frozen spinach (or fresh)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions

Cook ground beef in sauce pan until crumbly and cooked through. Drain. Removed from pan.
Add onion garlic cook 5 minutes
Add thawed spinach or fresh spinach to onion/garlic mixture. Return ground beef to pan. Cook until warmed through. Top with mozzarella cheese.

Serving size 1/2 cup. Serves 6

    This serves 6 if 4 are children. This isn't for 6 adults, for the meat would be 2 2/3 oz per serving raw (2 Paz cooked weight). Otherwise it looks pretty tasty. - 5/17/13
