Introduction
My own twist on pancakes =) This will keep you full for HOURS!P.S. I love making this in the morning because it takes so little time to make, great when you've only got a few minutes! My own twist on pancakes =) This will keep you full for HOURS!

Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients

2 whole eggs (or egg whites, your choice)
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 banana, sliced
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1tsp soy milk
1/2 Tbsp Stevia, or to taste
Pam
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spray skillet with Pam and add the mixture, half at a time to make 2 "pancakes" (easier to flip!)
It will take a couple of minutes on each side but use your judgement!
I have topped my pancakes with maple syrup or i will have them with a vanilla yogurt, yum!
