Ingredients

3/4 cup Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 cup Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 T Canola Oil
4 tsp Raw Sugar (melt in about 1/4 cup warm water)
1/2 tsp Almond Extract
1 Large Egg
1 T Half and Half
1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chip Morsels
2 1/2 T Chopped Walnuts
1/2 T Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an individual-sized casserole dish, including the sides, and set aside.
Combine flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder. Mix in oil, sugar and water mixture, almond extract, egg, and half and half. Add chocolate chips and walnuts.
Pour cake mixture into casserole dish. Top batter with dried coconut. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until toothpick or chopstick comes out clean when poked into cake.
Let cool 15-20 minutes. Serve with ice cream, frozen yogurt, a glass of cold milk, or on its own! Enjoy!
