Introduction

Ingredients

    1 13 oz can of salmon, drained
    1/2 cup of low carb bread crumbs
    1/2 cup eggbeater
    1 tbsp of dill weed
    1tbsp of chives

Directions

Drain salmon. Combine with egg beaters and bread crumbs. Chop herbs and add to mix. Mix and form into patties.

Can be baked at 350 for 30 minutes or fried with cooking spray.

Serve with a salad or in a sandwich.

    Today I was in the pantry rut for lunch. End of the month, no more groceries, it's time to use what we have and I was looking for a way to use my canned salmon. I made these today and it was amazing! I fried them in smart balance oil and they came out crispy and delicious. Thanks so much! - 6/21/16
