    2 Packs of M&M (or candy coated chocolates)
    Raisins

    You can control what does in it easily. But the two high fiber, low cholesterol cereals combined with the raisins, nuts and candy coated chocolates are good for any weather or terrain.

Directions

pour ingredients in zip lock bag. Shake and eat
