Ingredients

    Oat flakes, one cup
    Soy milk, one cup (or as much as needed)
    Honey, a small teespoon
    Lemon juice, just a dash
    Salt, just a pinch
    Apple

Directions

Heat soy milk and add the oat flakes. Cook while stirring until it reaches a creamy consistency. Add honey, salt and lemon and stir well.
Serve with a fresh apple. Makes one serving.

If you want, add vanilla or cinammon.
