Ingredients

    500 grams ground beef, lean
    1000 grams cooked spaghetti
    2tbsp canola oil
    500 grams beef franfurters, sliced
    4 cups tomato sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    5 tbsp kikkoman soy sauce
    1 cup canned mushroom
    1 tsp italian herb, dried
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated cheese adn parsley (optional)

Directions

saute garlice and onion in oil. add beef and cook till brown. add beef franks, soy sauce, tomato sauce, dried italian herbs, salt and pepper to taste. simmer for 20 minutes. add mushroom. simmer another 5 minutes.

pour sauce over spaghetti. garnish with grated cheese and parsley (optional - not included in nutrional value)
