Introduction

No strawberries? Use whatever is in season. Apples are great! Also, no seeds? No worries. Either don't use them or use what you have. I was out of sesame seeds so I used flax seeds instead. Ingredients

    1 bag spinach
    1 pt strawberries (or 1lb other fresh fruit) sliced
    1/4 c sugar (or honey, agave syrup, splenda)
    2T sesame seeds (optional)
    1T Poppy Seeds (optional)
    1 t onion powder
    1/4 t worcestershire sauce
    1/4 t paprika
    1/2c olive oil
    1/4 cider vinegar

Directions

Toss spinach and fruit together in a serving bowl. Add the next 7 ingredients to a blender; gradually add vinegar blending until thickened (or wisk by hand). Pour over salad and toss before serving.
