Ingredients

    1 egg
    1/2 cup white whole-wheat flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    dash of salt
    2 med apples, sliced ( I prefer Gala)
    1/2 cup brown sugar/splenda blend
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. In mixing bowl, beat eff and add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread into greased pie pan, and bake for 30 minutes or until apples are soft.

Makes four servings
