    1 MEDIUM ONION, PEEL & DICE
    1 MEDIUM ZUCCHINI, CUBED
    BUTTER COOKING SPRAY

Directions

PEEL SWEET POTATO AND ONION. PEEL WHITE POTATO, IF DESIRED. CUBE POTATOES AND ZUCCHINI, DICE ONION. PLACE LARGE PIECE OF ALUMINUM FOIL ON HEATED GRILL, PLACE POTATOES ONION, AND ZUCCINI ON FOIL, SPRAY WITH COOKING SPRAY. COOK ON GRILL, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY UNTIL POTATOES ARE TENDER. MAY BE COOKED IN NON STICK SKILLET ON STOVE TOP. SALT & PEPPER AS DESIRED. SHOULD MAKE 4 SERVINGS, ABOUT 1/2 CUP EACH.
