Introduction

I haven't actually made this yet, but it is very similar to an oven recipe I use. This recipe didn't give a serving size, but I will try to figure it out and revamp the recipe accordingly. Ingredients

    2 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 lrg onion, chopped (1 cup)
    10 c coleslaw mix
    1 c brown rice uncooked
    1/2 c water
    4 tsp paprika
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    28 oz diced tomato (no salt added)

Directions

Cook beef and onion in a skillet until beef is brown. Drain.

Mix beef mixture and remaining ingredients in a 6 quart slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low heat setting 4 to 6 hours or until cabbage is tender.
