Introduction

Number of Servings: 22

Ingredients

    Mix together in blender:
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1.2 c. plain yogurt
    1/2 c. honey
    3 tsp. instant coffee mixed with a little hot water

    Add:
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. Cinnamon

    Mix in bowl and set aside:
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. oatmeal flour
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1 Tbs. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt

    Combine dry and wet ingredients
    spoon into muffin cups and bake

Directions

Bake at 180 C for 25 min.
makes 22 muffin cups
