Introduction
I have yet to actually eat this but I was looking for a healthy recipe for myself, my Aunt and my cousin with them being on Weight Watchers. This sounds fabu and it's 3 points per slice. Ingredients

1 Tenderflake All Vegetable Shortening Pie Shell
6 Large egg whites
1 cup chopped onions raw
1 Dash ground black pepper
1 Tsp ground tumeric
1 Tbsp raw parsley
5 Cups chopped zucchini w/ skin raw
2 Cloves raw garlic
2 Tbsp fresh basil
1 Tsp ground oregano
1 cup Light Double Cheddar shredded cheese
Directions
Pre Heat oven to 400
Whisk all egg whites and add in remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into thawed pie shell
Cook for 45 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked and fork comes out clean.
Cut into 8 and serve
