Introduction

Ingredients

    14 oz 93% lean ground beef
    1/4 cup Quick Oats, dry
    1 large Egg
    1 tbsp Worcester Sauce
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    2 tbsp bacon bits
    Salt and Pepper (to taste)
    4 leafs Romaine Lettuce
    4 Slices Tomatoes
    4 Slices Onion
    Mayo
    Ketchup
    Mustard
    4 English Muffins

Directions

Makes 4 burgers

Preheat grill and line with nonsitck foil.

Mix together beef, oats, egg, worcester, garlic, salt, pepper and bacon bits. Shape in to four patties.

Cook burgers until done to likeness, flipping once and adding cheese.

Toast English Muffins if you prefer. Top with burger, lettuce, tomato, onions, and condiments.
