Ingredients

    6 oz (dry) Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
    2 Archer Farms Chicken sausages (Mild Italian style)
    40-50 pieces Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
    1 cup Mushroom slices
    1 cup Diced Red Onion
    2 cups Delallo Pizza Sauce
    1.33 cups Weigh Watchers Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350d
Cook pasta according to package directions
While pasta is cooking, slice/cut the Italian sausages into small pieces and heat in a large deep skillet.
Mix the cooked pasta, pizza sauce, mushrooms, onion, and pepperoni in with the sausage in the skillet.
Stir thoroughly and let simmer until heated through.
Transfer to a large baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
Bake for 25 minutes
Remove from oven and top with shredded cheese
Bake for 5 more minutes or until cheese melts
