Ingredients

    Topping Mix seperately
    * Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    * Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp

    Cream
    * Butter, unsalted, 2 cup
    * Egg, fresh, 5 medium
    * Granulated Sugar, 3 cup
    Add
    * Banana, fresh, 4 cup, mashed
    * Zucchini, 1 cup, mashed
    * Salt, 2 tsp
    * Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp
    * Bob’s Red Mill Whole Wheat Flour 4cup, 528 grams
    * Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    * Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup

    Put into pans and sprinkle topping on top.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 and cook for 40-45 minutes. Let sit in pan for 10 minutes to cool and then gently scrape edges and remove. Makes 29 small loaves.
